The good doctor retires

This afternoon we attended the retirement party for Dr. Daniel Rice. Dr. Rice has cared for our seven cats and five dogs¹ over the time that we've lived in this area. Dr. Rice has been kind, compassionate, and professional, bringing healing when it was time for healing and for guiding us along when healing was no longer possible.

Our state representative, Lew Evangelidis, presents Dr. Rice with a proclamation in his honor from the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

Dogs: Jackie, Cinder, Bob & Raye, and Marley
In addition, the MacGregors have had a cat and several dogs, all cared for by Dr. Rice.
