There was a Super Moon last night, a great full moon close to the Earth. We couldn't see it. We had fog. We had peepers and a snoring dog by the fireplace. We did ok.

It takes a long time to get that great mass of stone warmed up. Even with a fancy new fireplace insert to keep the heat, stone warms in its own time. We have plenty of dry wood in the shed and lots more to be split and more again to be cut and split. We're ok.
