Customer support according to VerizonWireless

After trying repeatedly to use Verizon Wireless's contact management feature and receiving an error each time, I used their support ticket form to request some help.
I received the following message:
I've yet to hear from them.
In an odd twist, the problem no longer exists.
No more problem. No need to respond. Welcome to the new age of customer support.
