The job description calls for someone who can, well, lead "analytical conception, layout and execution of custom activity nurturing campaigns."

The Bureau of Labor Statistics includes the word nurture in three job descriptions, that of Child Care Workers, Educational Services, and Teachers—Preschool, Except Special Education. Salary.com comes up empty with titles containing the word nurturing.
So, for a while, it'll be work as usual, with few to nurture us as we try to spot a psychopath at work.
