Crime in the Great White North

According to an article in the Guardian, officials in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, are hoping to control the long lines at Tim Horton's drive-through shops by posting "No Stopping" signs:
Note that the city will put up the signs "[a]s soon as weather permits."
In addition, the deputy police chief says that “Enforcement will be random, it will be sporadic and it will be done at the level that’s warranted to address the situation.’’
